We met Jenna and Dan at Aaron's Vineyard in Wooden Valley, Napa. They flew in from Illinois to get married in Napa while Dan was on a two week leave from Iraq. They stayed at the Silverado Country Club and also spent time wine tasting in the Napa Valley.
Their good friends, Kristen and Dan accompanied them as maid of honor and best man. It was a perfect day and everyone was in great spirits. Vinny, from Imperial Video was also on hand to help record the event.

Kelly wanted to try a couple of new ideas for photos so we brought along bubbles and rose pedals to use as props. The couple were great sports and very photogenic.
We wish the newlyweds well. We know they'll have a long and happy life together! It was a privilege to be a part of their big day.

Kelly was catching the action with the girls getting ready while I got the guys preparing.
The ceremony was short and sweet and it was a festive gathering. The couple looked great and obviously loved each other.
We suggested to Elyse and Mark that we get some photos at the front entrance at the Discovery Bay sign. We had our car ready to go and
During our brief shoot on the sign passing motorists honked and waived.

We had such a great time with Elyse & Mark and enjoyed meeting their family and friends.
Everyone has their own vision of what they want in their photos and Caitlin said they were leaning toward fun and light.

We had a blast with the family and look forward to helping more families capture a small slice of the love!

Before our shoot Toni had sent us some samples of the type of shots she wanted, something vintage looking.

It's hard to go wrong taking photographs of a beautiful mother and daughter, not to mention their cute puppy, Chille, who tried to steal the show!
We submitted one shot to the local newspaper and they promptly ran it on the front page.
Tiffany was excited to see what we had shot so we quickly put together a nice slideshow for her and invited her to our home to view it. Luckily we had plenty of tissues on hand because there wasn't a dry eye in the house!
